Greg leads the Fiduciary Services practice at Harney Partners, which includes receiverships.  As part of his overall turnaround and restructuring practice, Greg currently spends most of his time serving in some form of fiduciary capacity including CRO, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 Trustee, independent board member or manager, and state and federal court receiver involving cases across a wide variety of industries and geographies.

Cleve Burke focuses his practice on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and receivership.  Cleve represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil lawsuits in state and federal courts, most commonly in disputes related to contracts, debt collection, lien validity and priority, real estate sales and leases, and business torts such as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.  He also represents creditors, debtors, trustees, post-petition lenders, purchasers of estate assets, and other interested parties in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings.  He has also served as counsel to numerous receivers appointed by the court to operate and/or sell ongoing business concerns.
